  We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. It took over a month for them to fix our furnace. It is a small one-man company and the repair guy (Aaron-who also owns it) handles all the work. Our furnace request was dispatched to him by our warranty company during the coldest week in January and we had to continue to call him--to even order the part after he received authorization for it. Meanwhile, we had NO decent heat for over a month during the coldest part of the winter! It was a nightmare. But, he didn't even seemed concerned. When I tried to tell him over the phone during the first week of no heat and temperatures at 10 degrees that we couldn't go on much longer with no heat--he actually got testy with me on the phone. Unbelievable. He was extremely unprofessional and did not even have the courtesy to return my calls when I left messages on his phone after three weeks of first contacting him. Finally, after several calls later to the warranty company, they finally got him to come out to install it--4 1/2 weeks later. (He also arrived over an hour late.) Overall, I had personally spent at least three hours on the phone with the warranty company trying to resolve this issue. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I know in the future that I am going to make sure this particular company is NEVER dispatched to our home if we have further furnace problems or any other issues that would require their services.
